NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving architectural review new addition (two family) within the Urban Residential -3 District., tax parcel #166.66-2-
86, 87, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Commission issues the
following decision on March 5, 2025:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
The ramp and front door are not included in the approval; the north and west elevation windows to be retained,
the existing siding and trim to remain, be repaired or replaced in-kind.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
