Comments I own the residential properties at 50 and 56 Adams Road,
directly across from the Regeneron site on the South side of
Adams Road. We have lived here for almost 40 years now.
I have reviewed the submitted plans, sketch & Part 1
Environmental Assessment submitted thus far.
I have had numerous conversations and face to face meeting
with the Regeneron staff overseeing this project since their
acquisition. All the interactions, and their responsiveness to

concerns, have been exceptional. They have been proactive
and accommodating in mitigating the impact on my properties
and the rural character of Adams Road. I look forward to their
improvements, welcome their revitalization of the Quad
property and the investment in our community.
