The new office building would be constructed on the same parcel as the existing Saratoga Center for the Family office and will require area variances for the following four criteria: (1) minimum building height, (2) maximum cumulative area of new and existing one-story structures, (3) minimum front build-to zone, and (4) minimum build-out percentage.
