Dear Mr. Zielinski:
This morning, I inspected a 100’x 50’ brick building with an eye on the feasibility of its
relocation. The relocation of the building is not feasible. There is no pathway for the move
to vacant property. It is trapped in place surrounded by other buildings, trees, overhead
wires, and roads much too narrow to accommodate the relocation of the building.
