AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING OF NOTICE

Bruce D. Steves, Esq., being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. I am the attorney representing Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Applicant") with
regard to the above referenced matter.
2. This affidavit is made pursuant to UDO Section 13.3(D)(1) directing the posting of
required signage.
On the 17th day of February, 2026, the undersigned posted a sign, a photograph of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, along the frontage of the Applicant's property
on Adams Road where it intersects with the entrance to the site at Marsel Drive.
4. Since the Applicant's property has one street frontage, no further signage was required
under the UDO.
5. Nevertheless, also on February 17, 2026, the undersigned posted a sign at or near the
municipal right of way for County Route 46 (Duplainville Road) at a location where
the said right of way is in closest proximity to the Applicant's property. A photograph
of the aforementioned sign is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
6. In furtherance of UDO Section 13.3(D)(2), the signs were posted no less than seven
days and no more than twenty days in advance of the scheduled meeting date, to wit:
February 26, 2026.
