NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Historic review of construction of a two-story rear addition to an existing single family home within the Urban
Residential-4 (UR-4) District, tax parcel # 165.68-1-21, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on February 11, 2026:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
1. Applicant to return for venting details
2. Both the Pella and custom windows are approved

Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and
