In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:  Type II – exempt from further SEQR review And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on February 11, 2026:  Approve the plans with the following conditions: 1. Gable dormers on the additions on the main/east elevation to be removed 2. Gable dormers on the south elevation of the garage to be removed; shed dormer on south garage elevation can be expanded up to, but no greater than, the span of the garage door(s) beneath it Record of vote: motion to approve made by K.
