NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

Klein and Brontoli Porch Modifications - Revision

involving Historic Review of porch modifications – second floor balcony railing within the Urban Residential-2 District,
tax parcel #165.28-2-20, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article 240-
7.4 Historic Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on March 5, 2025:
Approve with the following conditions:
Applicant to use black cable railing system with 3” between cables
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
