We were not aware of that specific zoning law provision. Could you please let us know if we are able to appeal this at the meeting on February 9th? Attached is a survey from 1986 showing the former house and garage at 92 North Street. While it does not show the former driveway, previously submitted and an attached photo demonstrate that the garage was accessed from the side rather than the rear, resulting in half of the lot width being tarmac. To clarify our current proposal, I have also included: - A site plan from our landscape engineer showing the proposed garage tarmac. - Photos of existing driveways on Pilkington Alley, which show that our request is consistent with the character of the neighborhood. The concrete surface is wider than the house.
