Please take care when clicking links or opening attachments. When in doubt, contact IT. Hi Susan – Attached you will find a revised ZBA plot plan for the proposed Oravec residence at 3 Cobb Alley. The following revisions have been made: 1. The front setback of the main house has been brought forward to a setback of 6’ (to align with the Holloway residence to the East). This results in a 4.0’ variance now being requested (40% relief) which matches the Holloway’s house exactly. 2. At the DRB suggestion, the attached garage has been shifted forward at approx. 1.5’ setback from the main house wall. 3. Moving the house forward 6” then reduces the rear setback being requested to: a. 10’ rear setback to rear stoop: 15’ variance (60% relief vs. 62% request in original application) b. 13’ rear setback to rear East corner: 12’ variance (48% relief vs. 68% request in original application) 4.
