We do not object to allowing more time to complete the work. We do, however, want to make sure we fully understand what “complete” means, and have a few questions and concerns. 1. Area to the left of the duplex on Ave A - Driveway adjacent to our driveway. - As noted on the survey, the existing asphalt driveway abuts the property line at the road. - Currently there is no curb or sidewalk in the space between the 2 paved driveways, ours and theirs - The plans show the installation of curb and sidewalk beyond the property line. - We do not want concrete sidewalk or curb to the left side of the driveway, which would be on/at our property, and be inconsistent with the rest of our frontage. Fig 1. Driveway detail Fig 2. Lot 2 - foundation from demolished 1 story portion The above ground 1 story structure has already been removed. But all or portions of the foundation / slab remain. Is complete removal of the foundation / slab required to complete the subdivision? Fig 3. 2 story portion of house remaining The current state of the 2 story portion is shown in these photos. We understand the winter / weather related delays for completing the work, but do not want this to remain in the current state with tyvek/unfinished. What work is required to call this complete?
