Following discussion on this matter on January 28, 2026, the Design Review Board offers the following with respect to the Zoning Board of Appeal’s for input with particular attention to the requested variances and compatibility with neighboring properties and the character of the neighborhood:  Unfavorable Opinion Considerations: The garage should be set to align with the setbacks of the neighboring garages, this will be more consistent with the character of the neighborhood and alley.
