NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Historic review of exterior modifications - gutter installation within the Urban Residential -4 (UR-4) District, tax parcel
#166.69-5-1, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance Article 240 -
13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on January
28, 2026:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
The downspouts are to be moved to the east and west side of the porch, away from the primary façade; use of
26g Galvalum with 3” downspouts to be painted brown to match the structure.

motion to approve made by LDiCarlo, seconded by G Wood passed 4-0

Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and
actual work begun.
