Dear DRB Committee,
I am a Saratoga resident and live around the corner from 595 N Broadway. I understand
the home is on the agenda to discuss proposed modifications.
I fully support the proposed alterations and additions as outlined in the application. The
changes are not noticeable and modestly visible from the street, including in the rear from
Woodlawn Ave.
I believe the proposed alterations maintain the integrity of the home and enhance the
beautiful architectural elements that contribute to North Broadway and the
surrounding streets.
