Dear DRB Committee,
I am a Saratoga resident and live around the corner from 595 N Broadway. I understand the home is on the agenda to
discuss proposed modifications and I wanted to submit a letter of support for owners.
I have been in the home several times and am familiar with its significance to our neighborhood. I fully support the
proposed alterations and additions as outlined in the application. The changes are not noticeable and hardly visible
from the neighbors and the street, including in the back from Woodlawn Ave. I think the proposed alterations
maintain the integrity of the home and enhance the beautiful architectural elements that contribute to a breathtaking
North Broadway street. I would love to see home come thrive!
