NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Historic review of equipment installation within the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District, tax parcel # 166.53-
2-44, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on January 14, 2026:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
Consider moving the vertical riser from the outdoor unit further back on the structure, to the corner of
the bump out or moving the vertical riser forward, to run straight down and then over to the outdoor
unit.
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by K Cavotta, seconded by C Bennett passed 6-0
