Comments As a full time resident at the Adelphi Residences, we are
concerned about the proposed spa building as it has been
presented. First, it does not fit into the architectural design of
the historic and newly constructed buildings surrounding. We
understand the years and thoughtful consideration that went
into the Adelphi Residences, we are puzzled by the
appearance of this building. We are unhappy with the side
entrances. Most of all, we are concerned about the feelings of
our dear neighbors, Universal Preservation Hall. Valid concerns
have been brought up, even though we would love a pool for us
residents, we would rather be good neighbors.
