A proposed site layout for a stone building that is being relocated to 30 Washington St from 19
Washington St.
Location: Washington St./NYS Rt 29 (US Rt 9)

Zoning: Urban Core District (T-6)
Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on November 20, 2025.
Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on December 18, 2025.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: The site statistics indicated the proposed use of the building could be used for mixed-use;
commercial; residential. While the primary use of the parcel is a religious use, clarification of the use of
the moved building should be considered throughout the review.
A New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) work permit and closure coordination is
required for any proposed improvements and road closures on NYS Route 29 and within the Right of
Way.
