the area for the construction of a two-story spa and a pool.

Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: A New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) work permit and closure
coordination is required for any proposed improvements and road closures on NYS Route 29 and within
the Right of Way.
