Comments Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council,
I am writing to respectfully request a postponement of the
Public Hearing of the 673 Crescent Zoning Amendment
(Project Number 20240534) on proposed rezoning from Rural
Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD). I am a
homeowner at 55 Waterview Drive, and my property directly
borders the parcel under consideration. I was notified of the
proposed rezoning approximately one week prior to this

scheduled public hearing date of January 20, 2026. Given the
potential significance of this zoning change and its direct
impact on adjacent property owners, this limited notice does
not provide sufficient time to adequately review the application,
consult relevant documents, or prepare informed public
comments. A postponement would allow affected residents a
reasonable opportunity to fully understand the proposal and its
implications.
The existing Rural Residential zoning preserves low-density
development and the rural character of our neighborhood. This
zoning designation was an important factor in my decision to
purchase my home and continues to provide stability,
predictability, and protection for established residential areas.
I respectfully request that the City of Saratoga Springs grant a
postponement of the Public Hearing to allow for adequate
public review.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Megan Guarnier
