Summary description of proposed action:
We haven't used our basement kitchen for many years. We are replacing all appliances and counters to modernize and
meet latest codes. The only external change will be the required exhaust fan for the new hood over the range. That
ground mounted fan will be most clearly seen from Nelson Avenue. It will also be visible on an angle while approaching
the church from the East on Lake Avenue.
