comprised of 216 units, on an existing vacant parcel of land across Bunny Lake Drive from the Saratoga Casino Hotel.
Additional development on-site will include associated hardscapes, landscaped areas and utilities. The project received a SEQR
negative declaration in January 2023 from the City Council and conditional site plan approval in January 2024. The project is
resubmitting to the Planning Board for a Site Plan Amendment due to site changes proposed since the approvals.
