City's Planning Department and Land Use Board members. NOTE: Comments
submitted later than 12:00 noon on the day before the Land Use Board meeting
may not be reviewed prior to their meeting. All comments will be added to the

Comments Please require formal written fire department and EMS
evaluations for emergency access and staging and do not allow
Railroad Run to be used as a service or emergency road.
Require a Railroad Run preservation and protection plan with
physical barriers and enforcement to prevent vehicular use. I
have observed city vehicles using Railroad Run, raising safety
concerns. A detailed letter has been mailed to the Planning
Board (cc-ed Public Safety, Fire Department, EMS) with our full
concerns and requests.
