Comments The proposed offset from the property line toward the plaza
provides very limited space for snow storage. The attached
photo was taken on 12/11/25 which is still very early in the
winter season. As can be seen the land directly behind the
plaza for the length of the plaza is utilized for very tall piles of
snow right up against and sometime over the property line
fence. The storm water calculations do not appear to take into
account the 'first flush' conditions from these snow piles,
combined with the high increase in impervious surfaces from

the development, which will most likely exceed the capacity of
the storm sewer drainage system that the subdivision plans to
tie into. In addition, during snow clearing operations of this
large paved area there is substantial noise (backing alarms,
etc.) often for hours which is not conducive for residential
areas.
