The applicant is requesting an additional area variance to amend previously approved
variances for the construction of a garage at the historic southeast corner of Bryant
Street (Alley), where a structure collapsed several decades ago.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
Unified Development Ordinance article(s):
Article: 3 Section 3.1.D (UR-2) Residential District & Table 3-A — (UR-2) Residential Districts
Dimensional Standards and Section 9.5.A.
As such, the following relief would be required to proceed:
