NOTE: I have been trying to submit comments through this
portal but it keeps cutting me off after two paragraphs. I have
also been unable to submit a PDF version of my comments
through this web site. I keep getting a message that the
document wasn't accepted because of its format. . Hopefully I
will be able to drive down to City Hall tomorrow to submit a
hard copy. If there is some way to email my comments please
let me know.
