Comments Good morning planning board members! One final plea
regarding the above project which is directly next door to our
house on Park Place. We respectfully ask that the planning
board downsize the proposed condo project. 4 Units would be
much more suitable to the neighborhood and would also scale
down the size of the building. This would fit nicely into the
neighborhood and be more acceptable to those who have to
live with this for the unforeseeable future. We have all invested
a lot of time and money into our homes and it would be nice to

be able to live peacefully in a place that we chose to settle
down. Just because it is technically zoned for this mass doesn’t
mean it has to approved. I know you have heard all of this
already but no significant changes have been make as far as
we know to make the folks who live here happy. We are unable
to attend tomorrow’s meeting and we know that the public
hearing is now closed but maybe one last thought can be
