History:
Home was built in 2002 and purchased in July,
2021 as seen in upcoming images.
Scope:
Front deck with timber frame gable roof,
approximately 14.5’ x 17.5’ tied into existing structure at porch and garage with extension 7’ to front door.
Back deck with timber frame gable roof,
approximately 36’ x 25’ (as part of main body) with side extension back to primary bedroom 8’
Variance required to
align roof to existing
structure for overhang
Existing roof line at overhang corner
to property line = 7.5’
Existing building corner to property
line = 8.5’
