History & Scope
History:
Home was built in 2002 and purchased in July, 2021 as seen in upcoming images.
Scope:
Front deck with timber frame gable roof, approximately 14.5’ x 17.5’ tied into existing structure at porch and garage with extension 7’ to front door.
Back deck with timber frame gable roof, approximately 36’ x 25’ (as part of main body) with side extension back to primary bedroom 8’

Variance required to align roof to existing structure for overhang

Existing building corner to property line = 8.5’
