Ok.. how about we change to dark red? I attached the picture here.
If this color is approved, we will change the color; everything else will remain the same as the
previous design.
And about the logo on the top we gonna cancel that.

Hello!
We reviewed your awning design at our workshop last night.
While the design is considered zoning compliant, the DRB does have purview over whether a design
is appropriate for a location, not just whether it is compliant.
There were a couple of concerns with your design:
