On October 24, 2025, on behalf of the Applicant I submitted an Application to the Saratoga Springs Planning Board for a Special Use Permit (the “SUP Application”). As part of the SUP Application, I submitted a Full Environmental Assessment Form for purposes of SEQR, and listed the Design Review Board as an agency from which approval would also be required. It is my understanding that the SUP Application will be considered by the Planning Board at the December 11, 2025 meeting, at which time I will request that the Planning Board make a motion for coordinated review under SEQR and nominate themselves as lead agency. As such, no EAF is submitted with this application, as SEQR will be handled through the Planning Board approval process.
