Hi Mark - Thank you for the reminder this morning.
I'm attaching two files for your review:
1) The certificates of mailing from the US Postal Office dated 11/26/25.
2) A photo I took this morning of the ZBA notice sign, when it was posted in front of the 208 Lake Ave property.
Please reply to confirm you've received this information and that it is sufficient to meet the ZBA requirements. We look forward to joining the meeting on 12/8
and appreciate your help with this process.

Your project is tentatively scheduled to be on the upcoming ZBA Agenda, scheduled for 12/8/2025.
The public hearing on the above-noted project in the City of Saratoga Springs is scheduled to be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals at 6:30 p.m. on
Monday, 12/8/2025, at City Hall, 474 Broadway Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Please come prepared to discuss your project; you may bring additional
information to present to the Board, either as hard copies or digital copies. It is recommended that you provide information beforehand.
Proof of noticing needs to be provided by 12/1/2025
Neighbor Notice: Since your item is new, please ensure noticing is complete at least seven days before the public hearing and that all neighbors on the list
provided have been noticed to ensure your item remains on the Agenda. Please find attached the neighbor noticing instructions, cover letter, and mailing
list. Once mailing is complete, please provide the city with the certificate of mailing via email or hard copy.
Onsite Notice: You are required to post an onsite notice regarding your pending matter. This onsite notice will be produced by Adirondack Signs. Please contact
Adirondack signs for payment options immediately; signs are not produced until they are paid for. Please find the contact information below.
This onsite notice shall be placed at the front of your property at least 7 days before your hearing. Please provide the city with date-stamped proof of posting,
