In the matter of the application

involving review of requested changes to an original Architectural Review approval within the
Transect-5 Neighborhood Center district, tax parcel # 165.72-1-25.1, within the City of Saratoga
Springs.
In accordance with 6NYCRRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as
a SEQR Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning
Ordinance Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the
following decision on November 6, 2019:
Approve with the following conditions:
Approve newly presented under-deck coverings as well as the newly presented privacy screens.
Note: There is no change to the original approvals for the horizontal porch railings system.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary
building permit has been issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by TEhinger, seconded by LMechem: passed 6-0
In favor: TEhinger, KCavotta, LDiCarlo, CBennett, LMechem, ESheehan
Absent: RDuBoff
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the proposed project as approved
