To All,
I had drone photos of my neighbor's yard taken and shared images of the property from Google
Earth and Skyfi that show the significant loss of multiple trees that served to protect the slope in
their backyard that are now gone. The photos show the scope of this very large pool in a very
small backyard. I have also enclosed a photo that shows their maintenance area is now 18
inches higher than my yard, which will definitely create water runoff issues in our yard that will
only be magnified if they are allowed the variance to put more patio per the variance they are
requesting.
