Dear Mark, Attached, please find the responses to FOIL requests I made with the city for pools and patios at 3, 5 and 7 Jenee Way as well as 37 Friar Tuck Way in our neighborhood. I had previously sent aerial photos of all pools in the neighborhood to the ZBA and reviewing those photos, the pools/patios on Jenee looked like the only ones that might have needed variances and since the pool at 37 Friar Tuck Way was just put in this year, I cannot get an aerial photo, since Google Earth updates only every few years. These documents show that there are NO granted variances for any of these pools/patios. The only home with a variance was at 5 Jenee Way and that was for a home expansion. Thanks!
