Each lot will be serviced by a proposed dedicated city road. A parcel also owned by the applicant may provide an open space buffer. Location: New Street (NYS Rt 50) Tax Map #: 178.-4-25 Zoning: T-5/NC Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on October 10, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on November 20, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board reviewed the provided material for request additional information from previously reviewed in October 2024. The requested information of a secondary access point has been satisfied with the easement from Aletta Road. The addition of the turn around at the northern end will provide ease of traffic flow. The fire department should verify that fire truck movement can be accommodated. It was not clear if the parcel to the north will still be a part of the project as a recreational area or an untouched buffer. Also, the playground and dog park did not have on street parking on the plans. It was not clear if these two amenities will be available to the public or not. The Planning Board may consider an additional connection to Railroad Run Trail, potentially opposite the Joseph Steet connection. Please contact the Saratoga County Planning Board if you have any questions regarding this matter.
