Comments Stewarts should not be permitted to complete the project as
proposed. Based on current zoning law gas stations are not
permitted withing 250' residential districts and new gas stations
are no longer allowed within this zone. Additionally the
suburban oversized nature of their proposal does not fit the
character of downtown. Please "stick to your guns" and do not
allow them to expand the gas station use or facilities beyond
the current parcel that is already used for this purpose. Thank
you.
