Comments Although I do not reside in the city I am constantly in the city
working, running errands, attending meetings etc., and have
been since 2000. I travel past the proposed project's location
extensively. I do not think allowing one of Stewart's "bigger and
better" stores and gas stations is appropriate at this location.
As a thoroughfare into the city, it would not add points for
beauty and although there is an appropriate small
neighborhood Stewart's at this location currently, the added
traffic at that very busy corner would be dangerous. I can't

imagine plopping down a Stewart's like the one at Gilbert - Rt
29 and Weibel Ave. at this location.
