SUBMIT COMMENTS REGARDING CITY PROJECTS

City's Planning Department and Land Use Board members. NOTE: Comments
submitted later than 12:00 noon on the day before the Land Use Board meeting
may not be reviewed prior to their meeting. All comments will be added to the

Comments We respectfully ask that the planning board deny this project in
its entirety due to density and mass and scale in this
neighborhood. Additionally, it will diminish the integrity of the
neighborhood and adjoining property values will go down.
Property located at 23 Park Place will diminish in value
significantly due to lack of sun light and vastness of proposed
building overshadowing this historic home with little set back. A
similar project proposed recently for this neighborhood was
denied by the planning board due to the density of the project. I

ask that you will please consider all the opposition thus far and
ask the developers to reconfigure this project that will be
acceptable to all those who have to live in this neighborhood.
