Noise Study ●The average levels are within acceptable limits for a residential area with those levels being slightly elevated during the peak commuting times both in the am and pm. ●The proposed development will not significantly raise noise levels in the area as it has no significant noise generating entities ●Site would benefit even more with the addition of a noise barrier of arborvitae type plantings on the perimeter of the site which could reduce noise levels by from 6 to 10 decibels (a significant reduction). ●Once the site development (construction) is complete there will be no significant increase in noise to the residential area to the west of the site and a potential decrease due to the structures and associated elements erected in the development.
