This applica�on is a request to amend and/or revise point #4 in the No�ce of Decision on the
placement of the sidewalk at 52 Kirby Rd Subdivision.
Currently it states, the placement of the sidewalk will be on the front 100� of 52 Kirby Rd and
across onto 54 Kirby Road to the cross walk at Rt29.
The request is to place the 100LF of sidewalk in front of 52 Kirby Road and connec�ng the
remaining 102 LF, star�ng at the corner Kirby and Glenwood, stretching east to the end of 52
Kirby Road property, extending to the newly subdivided lot.
