Susan Barden Principal Planner 474 Broadway Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 RE: Jefferson Street Apartments 166 Jefferson Street PB# 10.049.1 Dear Ms. Barden: On behalf of my client, Jefferson Street, LLC, I am requesting an Administrative Action for four items for the Jefferson Street Apartments, located at 166 Jefferson Street. My specific request is to amend the site plan approval for this project. The specific items are as follows: 1) Amend the sidewalk location along the frontage of the site. The sidewalk was installed to match the sidewalk to the north and as it is currently installed would need an additional easement to the City of Saratoga Springs. (Matt Zeno is aware of the issue.) 2) Amend the site plan to allow carports rather than garages. The carports are currently existing and in the same footprint as the proposed garages. 3) Amend the site plan to allow building mounted lights rather than pole mounted lights. 4) Amend the site plan to eliminate the short section of white vinyl fence with existing trees planted in the area of the fence location. This project is substantially complete except for the four items listed above and a few other items which will be completed in the near future and reflected on the as-built drawing. Attached is an Application for Site Plan Review and a check (#1400) in the amount of$300.00 dated 10/3/19.
