Thankfully, our fence which had been taken apart for almost a month was finally put back together yesterday. You will see in the pictures that construction stone extends all the way to the property line. You will also see that the pool and property will be raised at least 6 inches higher than my property, which I anticipate will cause a water runoff problem for us. As previously stated, my wife and I are not in agreement with the requested variance.
