llowing items are possible conditions for the special use permit we are seeking a decision on during the planning
meeting on October 17th
L Provide appropriately designed screening along on Gurtler Lane at time of site plan approval that
work to preserve existing trees and vegetation along the lane frontage and a solution that is within the
zoning requirements.
Eliminate gate access at end of Gurtler Lane.
Provide a Civic space along the S. Broadway corridor to compliment the building allows for items
such as: seating,bike share,other pedestrian amenities.
Advance and agreement with adjoining commercial neighbors regarding easements for access,
parking and maintenance and signage.
. Attempt to reuse a portion of the existing "Turf and Spa"motel sign within the proposed building
interior.
. Continue to work with DPW and DPS to achieve an agreeable closure of the existing curb cut onto a
paper street behind commercial tenants on South Broadway, also provide the modifications along
Lincoln and Whitney crossing to include bump outs, striping, and other improvements as detailed in
the traffic engineers report.
. Continue to explore energy efficiency systems for the project.
