Good Afternoon,
DPW has received and reviewed the as-builts for 176 South Broadway and the comments are as follows:
1. Most of the street lights around the property are not there.
2. There is 3 additional parking spots next to the retaining wall.
Please submit 1 mylar, 2 paper plans and a digital copy for final as-builts. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
