EXTRUDED ALUMINUM
Extruded aluminum is an extremely tough
cladding that protects wood windows, mimics
the profiles of wood, and provides superior
durability. It is the most commonly ordered
exterior material for our Ultimate products.

70% PVDF finish carries a limited warranty against fading and chalking. ATAS coated materials are non-staining and

ABOVE SHEATHING VENTILATION
Above Sheathing Ventilation, or ASV, is an air space between a roofing panel and the deck. For years, ATAS has
manufactured panels that can incorporate ASV technology in profiles such as Dutch Seam, Field-Lok, and Techo Tile.
The combination of product design and installation method creates a natural air space. ASV can be implemented in
retrofits when metal roofing is installed over the previous roof system. Additionally, new commercial and residential
roofing projects can include ASV by specifying an appropriate air gap.
ATAS offers a new, patented, ASV Spacer Shim. ASV creates energy savings by reducing air-conditioning costs in
the summer and adding insulation value during the winter as proven by testing performance sponsored by the Metal
Construction Association (MCA) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. ASV also minimizes the effect of condensation
between the roof layers. ASV Spacer Shims are designed to be stackable, providing ventilation spaces in increments
of 3/8”, and can also be used in wall and roof panel applications.

The Isoleren Insulated Metal Panel Barrier Back Up Wall System provides an alternate all-in-one barrier wall solution
vs a traditional multi-component wall system. This system incorporates a single component insulated metal wall
