• We will leave the existing double hung windows on the 2nd floor as is and only add the 3
windows on the 3rd floor.
2. South elevation
• We will change both sets of triple-ganged windows to double. They will have a divider and
be detailed to match the existing double windows.
3. East elevation (Spa Circle, front)
• We have revised the proportions of the paneled windows on the 2nd floor as
suggested. They will be 32" x 42” (3:4), as opposed to 32” x 32” (1:1). The panels below will
be dark, to simulate windows.
• The window on the 3rd floor will be double hung and 32” x 52” (1:1.618).
• The front door will be solid, not glass.
• The steps will be extend directly from the porch, not curved.
• The window trim detail will match the existing as below. But no prairie style muntins.
• Here are photos for two handrail styles we are imagining.
