Proposed Special Use: Multi-family Dwelling: Residential Only
Hello Susan:
As your office is aware, this office represents Matrix BDC JV, LLC, (the “Applicant”) with
respect to a Special Use Permit Application for Tax Parcels: 178.-2-17.11 and 178.-2-17.12
located on South Broadway in Saratoga Springs New York (the “Application”). As is further
detailed in the narrative submitted herewith, the Application proposes a Multi-family Dwelling:
Residential Only use in the Gateway Commercial - Rural ("GC-R") district. The Application
represents one aspect of a mixed-use development, which will also include nonresidential use in
the ground floor of certain multi-family structures as well as an extended stay hotel.
On behalf of the Applicant, I submit the following materials:
1) Special Use Permit Application Form
2) Project Narrative
3) Long Form EAF
4) Sketch Plan Design
5) Water Service Connection Agreements, for both the multi-family use and the hotel use
6) Application fee of $1250.00 payable to the Commissioner of Finance
On behalf of the Applicant, I request the Application be placed on the next available
Planning Board Agenda.
