In the matter of the request for administrative action relating to application

to approve the addition of one more arborvitae hedge cut to 5’ and to remain at five-foot height.
The Chairperson of the Design Review Commission finds that, in accordance with Section 8.3 of the
Rules and Regulations of the Design Review Commission, the requested action is not substantive in
nature and is not contrary to the intent of the original Commission decision. Therefore, the request for
administrative action, as described above, is approved.

Excellent! Although I still can’t get into my City email. Glad you Cc'd me on my personal address.
And yes, I am happy to approve the new hedge administratively, with the condition that the hedge be
maintained at a height of no higher than 5 feet. same as the previous condition.
