The development plan includes site improvements, stormwater management, public and private utility services, parking and loading areas, and landscaping and site lighting. SCPB had requested a Traffic Study in the June 2025 review. Location: Skyward Dr. (Geyser Rd./CR 43) Tax Map #: 178.-1-61 Zoning: IND-G Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on September 3, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on September 18, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: As part of the notice of decision from August 12, 2021 of the 2nd parcel on Skyward Drive and conditions of that approval, “Per Saratoga County Planning Board recommendation, the applicant shall submit a traffic evaluation of the cumulative trips in the area of the city/county intersection to Saratoga County DPW as part of site plan review submission for future development of the last lot/project on Skyward Drive.” This assessment was provided on September 3, 2025, indicating that the site will generate fewer trips when compared to the trip generation estimate for the original Industrial Park Subdivision dated April 3, 2017. The Saratoga County Planning Board mentioned the gravel surface instead of paved. Additional screening may be considered along the southern edge of the parcel. Please contact the Saratoga County Planning Board if you have any questions regarding this matter.
